Former Chief Justice Ellen Ash Peters administered the oath of office to Chief Justice Chase T. Rogers on April 25, 2007.

Appellate Court Judge Alexandra Davis DePentima, Chair of the Public Service and Trust Commission, delivered the Strategic Plan For The Judicial Branch to Chief Justice Rogers on June 30th, 2008.
