Volunteers needed: lawyers with the experience necessary to help out-of-work lawyers deal with debt

Due to circumstances beyond their control (sometimes as a result of the criminal conduct of others) a significant number of lawyers have been laid off in the recent past.  Coping with pre-existing debt, incurred under very different circumstances, while also trying to find work in a tight market for legal services is an overwhelming experience, especially when one attempts to do it alone.

Lawyers (and others – financial advisors, credit consultants, etc) who are willing to volunteer some time and expertise to help out-of-work or under-employed lawyers create a game plan for dealing with debt are invited to contact For Connecticut Lawyers by calling 203-772-4400 x320 or by emailing wickchambers@gmail.com.  Thanks very much.
